IT Computers – actor descriptions

The Customer logs in to the IT Computers website and select the configuration options(s) of the computer(s) he/she wishes to purchase. Once the options are chosen, the Customer places a order by supplying personal details, a preferred delivery date and payment details. A final cost figure is calculated for the Customer and he/she then either confirms or cancels the order. If the order is confirmed the Customer receives a confirmation email containing the order details. In the interim between confirming the order and receiving their merchandise, the Customer may log in and check the status of their order.

The Salesperson, if required to by a customer, selects the configuration(s) and inputs details required to place an order on the customer's behalf.

The Warehouse updates an order's status to reflect whether the order has been received, is being processed, is completed or awaiting dispatch. The Warehouse also prints an invoice to be sent along with a dispatch.
